What can be stated from the public record.
Global Research Centre (GRC) appears on Facebook as an academic research organisation serving students and researchers in Bangladesh, with invited speakers from other countries.
The Centre states its vision as Empowering Future Research Alliance: research, knowledge, collaboration, capacity building, and practical impact. This is an institutional vision, not a reconstructed founding history.
Public posts show a practical mission: helping undergraduate, master’s and doctoral candidates, faculty members, and thesis writers with research methods and statistical analysis, and hosting live international research talks.
The Centre’s public communications are in Bangla and English. This website is also offered in Malay for Malaysian and international readers. Event times are given in Bangladesh Time, and at least one programme was also timed for Nigeria.
A street address, registration number, and founding date have not been published on the Facebook page in a form that can be verified here. They are therefore omitted.
